James Miller is an amazing attorney. He is patient, understanding, hard working and thorough! He has handled a few cases for my wife and I. He has handled a divorce, an adoption and our wills! He answers calls, replies to emails and answers all of our questions and concerns! He comes highly recommended! I hope I don't need him again anytime soon, but when I need an attorney I'm happy to know I have one in my contacts!

Last year my fiance had Joe Baumer revise his will. We were very pleased with Joe. However, in April my fiance died unexpectedly. Since his will was revised in your office, I called to speak to a probate attorney. I was referred to Nancy Post. At the time, his death certificate had not been issued and I could not find the will. Ms. Post explained that nothing could be done until his death certificate was issued. Okay, no problem. I called when I got his death certificate, I called when I found the will, I called to just try to get a time to speak to Ms. Post. Every time I called, no matter what time it was, Ms.Post was 'on her lunch break' and my calls were never returned. The thing is, if Ms. Post did not want or could not take me as a client, she should have been adult enough to tell me so instead of ghosting me for 2 months. It would have taken literally 2 minutes of her time. I have since been in contact with another attorney who actually spoke to me about probating mt fiance's estate.

James was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. He helped me file my divorce in a timely manner and walked me through what to expect in court. His fees were reasonable and I am forever grateful for his representation.

Their add is based on lies and false advertising. What I called about they couldn't handle even though it shows they can.
