Elliot & Stephanie ROCK!!! My wife and I engaged Elliot to complete our Living Trust Estate plan. The entire process was done virtually, including the document signing. We got a complete Living Trust Plan including successor trust for our children. Those trust protect the assets given to our children from creditors and future spouses. He also took care of the documents to change the ownership of my LLC, and our personal residence. There are some things you will need to do. But Elliot (spelled Stephanie) provides you with an Excel spreadsheet to track and document your progress. The whole thing is very clear. The process was easy and efficient.
