I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this firm. Specifically speaking, Jeff Perry is a skilled professional with very respectable knowledge base. His responsiveness, and willingness to help not only shows great character, but has proven to be extremely effective in recovering funds in the consumer law space. I had quite a long standing (very frustrating) issue, and Jeff came in to quickly facilitate the recovery of ALL of my money. He offered his services day and night until the resolution of the issue was deemed a success by MY terms. I HIGHLY recommend Jeff and his team, there is not a better consumer law group out there. I must say, Jeff was absolutely professional and he he cared about my case. He was easy to work with, he was aware of my case, he showed sincere interest in what I said. I enjoyed working with Jeff. Knowledgeable, courteous and thorough ... he kept the case moving to a positive resolution. My only angst was that it took much longer and cost 2 x what I had expected to get resolution. That said, I would use Jeff again if I had a similar case which required Lemon Law, Consumer Fraud or Magnuson-Moss issues. He's knowledgeable and has sufficient experience in the field to inspire confidence in his client.
