Mr. Perry was very professional and truthful to me throughout the case. He was very hopeful but also reminded me it'd be a difficult case to pursue since the defendant was no where to be found in the country. Mr. Perry's communication is superb. I contacted Jeff via phone as we live in WA state and our case was in OH. All of our correspondence was done thru email (majority) and phone calls. He explained every aspect of the case and answered every answer that we had. He was very patient and wonderful to work with. Professional; but caring at the same time.
