Would like to recommend Jarvis Law Offices if you are considering setting up a trust or would just like to explore your options. We are quite happy with the way they helped us. They thoroughly explained how trusts work, did way more of the actual legwork necessary to set it up and fund it then I expected. (I thought I would be running all over and making multiple phone calls.) Not the case. They also answered all our questions and some I didn't know I had!

The attorneys were very thorough in evaluating the needs of our family and arrived at a plan that covered and protected our assets. The plan will also carry out desire in the distribution of our assets.

Approaching a family crisis and armed with information from a book written by Joseph Mitchell and Terall Blalock, my brother and I began the search for a "true" Elder Law attorney. The book focused on the financial devastation that can result from a loved one requiring long term care. After a lengthy search for attorneys that "specialized" in Elder Law and further study about Medicade and nursing homes, I found Attorney Tim Jarvis in Lancaster, Ohio (740-653-3450)......
