I hired David for a court hearing for a traffic violation. When I initially contacted David he wanted $3000 for a simple hearing, which is outrageous. I managed to talk him down to $2000. Prior to my hearing, David was not prepared at all. I believe he could have talked to the prosecutor before hand to get more information about my violation, but he did it the day of the hearing. I was in the hearing courtroom for a total of 5 mins and I still received the charge. DO NOT go with him!!! He charged a teen $2000 for a 5 minute hearing. Which is absurd. He only cares about what goes in his pocket.

David has been the best! Hands down would recommend and use him again! The best weapon in your case!

David is the guy you want on your team! I'm so happy I had him on my team for a legal issue that could have had huge negative effects on my life - which David got reduced to a simple ticket. David makes himself available - is patient in explaining how the process works and is certainly a wise-counselor!

David is simply amazing. He took a very difficult child custody case for my Daughter who has custody of a sibling of her Fathers. She is young and still learning herself. Her anxiety through this has been extreme, as she is only 21. Not only did he take the case and far exceed our expectations, he truly cared for her as a person not just a client. Always kept her calm and very reassured. Very quick to email or call back and never left a question unanswered. He is worth every dollar we spent.

I received a speeding ticket while heading from Cincinnati to Columbus. The first person I called was David he was quick to make sure that I felt confident in how we would beat this. As of today (9-13-22) I heard the great news that our plan worked and I am good to go! David and the whole team at the Chicarelli Law Firm are great. They will go to any lengths to make sure their clients are getting the treatment they deserve. They have made the whole process easy and very transparent, I had plenty of questions and they was happy to answer all of them.
