David is passionate, knowledgeable and truly caring! Most times you hear about lawyers you end up worrying about someone who doesn’t actually care and is there to collect the money, which is expected, everyone has to be paid. My experience with David was very different and you could tell he does what he does for more than just the money, he does it because he loves it and he loves to help.

I had a speeding ticket in the school zone, Mr Chicarelli explained to me clearly what options he was going to try to work on, he could not guarantee it and I respected that, but I trusted him and he went in there and he took care of business. I came out of there with four miles over the speed limit and a small fine, I highly recommend.
