Absolutely horrible! He filed a motion for judicial release for my fiancé and got paid $1,000 dollars just to write two sentences in the motion. I tried to keep it very professional when emailing him and asked him to include certain things and he treated me as if I was a nuisance. He did nothing I asked of him and didn’t even tell us the motion was denied. I had to keep myself and my fiancé updated. I wish I would have read the reviews before we paid him. I will never make that mistake again. It seems as though he has lost his passion and is just scheming people for their money. I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt and he kept on disappointing me. WE UNDERSTAND JUDICIAL RELEASES AREN'T ALWAYS GRANTED BUT WE HIRED AN ATTORNEY TO PUT UP A FIGHT AND HE DID NOT DO THAT. HE DOESNT HAVE MICH TIME LEFT SO WE WILL BE OKAY I JUST WANTED TO MAKE IT CLEAR HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAS A HORRIBLE WORK ETHIC.

Extremely intelligent and knows the law inside and out which allows him to navigate and take control of the court room with factual information. I am so grateful my family and I found him after having such a terrible experience in the past!

Good man heard alot rumors but he helped my son i will always go there

Mr. Washington worked very hard and very professionally to get the best and most appropriate outcome for my court proceedings. He convinced the judge to give me a chance at treatment instead of sending me to prison. Thanks to Mr. Washington, the treatment program, and judges today I have a little over two years clean and have a healthy, happy, productive life. The things Mr. Washington made possible for me is more valuable than any amount of money. Highly reccomend!!!

This attorney is a crook!!!! This will be a long review. Last year, I hired him to represent my bf, which he charged me $700 to do so. Fine, okay I get that. Well, Everytime we saw him/spoke to him on the phone, it was always "I need more money to do this and that." Well, this past time, he took yet another $300 from us so he could clear up the warrant my bf had (which was Washington's fault because he told my bf it wasn't necessary to come to court that last time; he had supposedly got a continuance). Not ONLY did he not notify my bf of the warrant he had, but he claimed that my bf would have to appear with him to get it straightened out. Okay, fine. Well, my bf has called him non-stop to ask him to get it on the docket to get it out of the way. Washington swore he'd get him on the docket the first time we spoke to him. That never happened. Washington kept spinning us, not returning calls, and when he did answer, he gave excuse after excuse. So, we disputed the charge on the card we used to pay this thief. He basically just pocketed our money and wasn't going to do the work. We got our money back and fired him today. He is not an attorney you want! He's not only a crook with nickel and diming you, but he is just flat out rude as well. I do NOT recommend this crook! As a lawyer, you work for the CLIENT. You don't talk down to your clients, and you definitely don't pocket money and not do the work. I will also be reporting Washington to the BAR Association. He was extremely unethical, and if you want to be stolen from and treated like garbage, then hire him, but I'd advise anyone reading this to steer clear!

This lawyer will do the bare minimum. You will do most of your communication through his assistant and you will have to advocate to make sure they do not miss something. While at trial I felt rushed and hurried to get it settled and I definitely felt I was a bother. On the other hand Brad Groene called me back twice with feedback on my case and I was not even his client.

Matthew, was up front and told with me about my case. Went out of the way to get the case in my favor. I'm very satisfied with the outcome.

So I briefly texted with Mr. Washington about my case and he agreed to represent me for a flat fee. I told him I would need a little time to get the funds together and sent him a text letting him know I was ready to retain his services. After sending the text though, I decided I should probably do some research on my potential attorney. I saw the reviews about how bad he was and his lack of communication and realized I didn’t want to hire him. The funny thing though was those reviews were spot on because he never even bothered to contact me back so I could hire him. I have heard of attorneys that take your money and then are hard to reach after that but this guy wouldnt even call me back to take my money! Don’t waste your time or money. Too many other good attorneys out there with much better reviews.
