My client gave him a deposit for his services. He never provided her a service, so she politely asked for all her money back and he would always says no problem and hang up. Then it turned into, I have already sent her money. When we asked when it was sent he would just say I don’t have the information for that. We were calling periodically to check on the refund that he blocked her number, my work number and any number associated with us. We had to make fake app numbers to get to him and he still hasn’t given her money back and it’s been over 4 months.

We had a great experience working with Epling Law to draft our estate planning documents. We were able to meet via Zoom and Aaron and his team were available to answer all our questions during the drafting process. They also sent us a book on estate planning. After signing our documents, we received everything in a nice binder with further information on personal estate planning and documenting.
