Go elsewhere! Mr Roberts and his staff are very incompetent and do not reply in a timely manner with urgent issues. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I procrastinated for years to get my estate in order. I met with Aaron on two occasions and with some back and forth on email, my Will, Living Will, Health Care POA and Financial POA are all in order to my specifications. And it was easy! Aaron insisted we took the time to review everything so I was completely comfortable with my decisions and wishes. I asked as many questions as I could and he was patient and more then willing to offer his advice. If you have been putting this essential matter on the back burner - now is the time. Aaron's rates and willingness to make sure I was comfortable made this experience first class.

This law office is a total waste of your money and time! I went to them and was told that I was receiving this huge discount when filing a motion to modify my Shared Parenting Plan. They literally met with me once when I first paid my retainer to go over a few details (I felt jipped). The time came to go to court and I literally had to tell him what to say during the deliberations. I finally had to terminate the contract. At that time I received the bill and got a portion of the retainer back but there were several double charges and discrepancies in the bill. I brought this to their attention and they realized that they did, in fact, make a few mistakes and agree to send me the check. They even said that they put the check in the mail that day! 16 days later and still no check. I emailed legal secretary who responded with snarky comments and remarks! SO rude and unprofessional! They took no responsibility for anything and no apology was offered ! :(

If only all legal matters were handled in as timely a fashion as Mr Epling has done for me. Big thank you to his offices and service.

Mr. Epling made the process of planning our estate seamless. We tried doing it via an online service and had a bad experience with it's credibility. I cannot imagine if something had happened to my spouse or I and our heirs needed to rely on something that might not hold up in court! I am glad that I went to Aaron and had it done in person, professionally. He walked us through the process and I am now confident that things are left the way I intend them to be. I would highly recommend his services!

I recently had my Will and Trust drawn up, something I feel we all put off because it is either scary or seems like such a process. I was impressed when I was simply able to tell Aaron what my wishes were just in time for him to have it all drawn up and ready for me to sign. He was very informative, educated and most of all, he made this a very easy process! I highly recommend him!
