Very nice and polite

My mother did business with Stan when he was just starting out, and she continued to use the firm as it got bigger - including creating her will. After her passing in November, I contacted them to settle the estate, which they agreed to. After 2 unanswered emails from Hans, I finally received an email from him in mid-January stating that their marketing campaign had taken off and he was too busy to handle her estate. I was flabbergasted. I was able to find another firm to handle her estate, but am disappointed to this day at the lack of professionalism regarding this issue.

Britton Hicks was response, effective, and professional. I really appreciate her efforts on my behalf. She was able to get me on Social Security disability benefits with ease.
