I would not recommend him to anyone. As a lawyer to my mother he did a very terrible job giving her false hope. Sharing information he was not suppose to with people that where not even involve in the case. He honestly works for the money hungry and not really caring much of the outcome as long as he gets paid. If I could give him 0 I would. Its not a false review.

I have been in the real estate business for over 30 years, and Mr. Herman is hands-down one of the best attorneys I have engaged. Mr. Herman is thorough, honest, and clear. In our most recent interaction, a highly complex case, he went over and above to pull together all the relevant facts, and present me with options, potential risks and likely outcomes. I had a pending question about a property that I purchase here in Cuyahoga county. And Mr. Herman went above and beyond listening to my complaint and advising me as to what to do. Provide me the phone number that might be a further assistance in this matter.. Just message to me that Mr. Herman is a highly ethical and caring person. If I find myself ever in need of an attorney. I will certainly would give him a call.

I called Ed with an extremely complex legal question in regards to a Real Estate Portfolio I mange in Cleveland .
