Ed Herman is fantastic! I highly recommend his services. I hired Ed for my real estate case to avoid a potential lawsuit. During the initial consult I could tell that Ed knew what he was talking about. He asked all the right questions and offered a reasonable plan of action. As the situation progressed, he offered advice on ways to protect my interests outside of his services in the event of a worst case scenario. During each interaction, Ed was frank and direct about his counsel laying out all possible options and explaining which he thought was best based on his experience and intuition, and why. Thankfully I followed his counsel which proved to be correct, and we were able to resolve the situation with the most favorable outcome. His fees were more than reasonable and he will be the first person I go to if the need arises again, which I hope it doesn’t :)
