Mr. Herman is an Angel in disguise! He took care of 2 foreclosures and 1 lean for our family. We had absolutely no clue to their inner workings. And Mr. Herman made us feel safe with his knowledge and extraordinary level of professionalism. When we initially met him, he went out of his way and came to our home to complete the necessary paperwork. He was extremely selfless during the entire process. And he exuded an awesome concern when it came to meeting our needs. He left no questions unanswered.
