I am going through a very complex divorce. Holly would take 3-4 days to reply my emails. Never answer the phone. I had to ask when to meet the guardian, I had to pretty much keep asking her things, if I ever got an answer, so I expressed that I didn’t think she was fighting hard as I needed her to, she quit on me leaving me with no representation. She sent my refund check to my ex husbands house even though she knew I reside somewhere else. I do not reccomend her.

I'm so glad Holly was recommended to me .My case is still going on but she keeps me informed and gives me great advice. She's very. Personable and her rates are very reasonable

Mrs. Regoli represented me towards the end of a child custody case that lasted approx. 3 years. My only regret is that I didn't obtain her prior to the start of my case. Very thorough, professional, and effective. I have always felt like myself and child were/are a priority with her. I have never had an issue contacting her and in fact called her to set up a meeting and was able to meet with her that very day! Great, caring attorney :)

Holly was hired to defend my son against false allegations, as well as to then pursue his parental rights. Defending these types of allegations can be difficult at least, and Holly was able to have the charges completely dismissed. We are still in the process of obtaining custody/parental rights and throughout the process Holly has remained dedicated and professional. I would highly recommend her to any friend or family member and will likely use her again should the need ever arise.

I actually worked with two attorneys on my custody case. Holly was one of them. She's pretty laid back even in court but methodical and got the job done. Excellent attorney.

Holly represented me through a divorce that, wasn’t terribly difficult, but definitely less than smooth, and she did a tremendous job for me. During the difficult process, not only was Holly a diligent counselor, she was caring and supportive to me personally as well. She made me feel as though I was her only client (rather than just another person on her caseload). Throughout the process, I truly felt like she had my very best interests in mind, and at no time did she give me the impression that I was an opportunity to bill hours for profit. She was always available to answer questions, respond to e-mails, etc., and I believe wholeheartedly that if she had wanted to simply play the “lawyer game”, she could have easily allowed those moments to pile up as billable time and yet I sincerely believe that was never the case. All that having been said; obviously I highly recommend Holly. She will not only go into battle with/for you, you will make a new friend in the process.

Holly just represented me on a major traffic violation. We were able to get the issue resolved and plead down to a small fine and no points on my license. She was very fair on pricing. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Holly Regoli. She has represented me for several years and I have always had great outcomes from court hearings. My ex-husband has battled me in custody with our 2 children and because of Holly and her expertise in knowledge of the laws, I have always came out on top with court hearings. Holly Regoli is an amazing attorney, I can reach her anytime (even on vacation), she always returns my phone calls. Her prices are very reasonable. Her court room behavior is impeccable. I have all faith in Holly when i walk into court and have never been let down.

Being a man and having limited funds, the odds were stacked against me. Holly knew that my kids were in trouble. She proved to me that the kids were more important to her than the money. She worked with me on payments. I now have full custody of my children and their mom has supervised visitations. The kids are safe and happier than ever. I honestly don't think I could have done it without her.

Holly does not have a huge practice. She is reasonable with her rates. Only complaint is getting ahold of her by phone. She doesn't return calls in a timely manner. She has a great personality.
