I am posting this review on behalf of my Mother, Margie Burnell. My Mom was hit and ran over by a Warren County Sheriff many years ago. She was in the crosswalk located in the parking lot of the city of Lebanon. She had went down to pay her utility bill and was returning to her car. She was severely injured when the sheriff hit her, and parked his partrol car on her leg, trapping her under the front wheel of the car. When my Mother was hit; I contacted Mr. Diehl and he didn't hesitate to take my Mom's case, whereas; most attorneys would have been afraid to go up against the local sheriff's department. Tom worked vigorously to represent my Mother and seek compensation for her injuries, pain and suffering, and lost wages. During this time, he also became a hero in my Mom's eyes and our family's. His bedside manner was fantastic, as he is such a good-hearted, caring, and respectful man. He made several trips to the hospital, holding my Mom's hand and giving her much needed comfort during an extremely scary and stressful time in all of our lives. My Mother and my entire family will be forever grateful to Mr. Diehl. He has remained in contact with our family over the years, not only checking on my Mom's well-being, but on the rest of the family's as well. He even visits her when time allows, just to say hello. He has definitely been a bright shining light in my Mom's life over the years. Whenever his name is mentioned; she smiles and lights up so much!
