I hired Mr. Diehl as my attorney in regards to an auto accident I was in. He was very professional, helpful, and considerate of my case. He always made sure I fully understood the step by step process and kept me updated throughout my case. I would highly recommend him for any automobile claim! Hopefully, I will never need to file another claim, but if I do, he's the man for the job!

I never thought I would need a lawyer, but during the height of Covid, my husband and I were in an accident. Normally, I would expect that I would be able to navigate through the insurance process on my own, but that quickly proved not to be the case. It was very time consuming and frustrating. The other drivers insurance company was very good at playing games right out of the starting gate. So, I looked at my own insurance company. However, every time I called my insurance company for advice I would get another new employee working from home, who had not received enough training because of Covid. Immediately he put me at ease so that I could focus on what was important; healing and getting my life back on track. I highly recommend Tom to anyone who has been in an accident. Tom is the very best, he’s highly professional, kind, understanding and genuinely has your back .

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Diehl for 3 years after I was involved in a motorcycle accident that resulted in a splenectomy. Mr. Diehl's consistent determination and professionalism gave me confidence, and provided me results and a resolution for my accident. When we first talked, there was little hope for my case. The officer took no witness statements and the responsible party gave a false statement. With the odds stacked against us, Mr. Diehl and his team put in effort to track down a witness and gave my case life. Due to the hard work of Mr. Diehl, after 3 years he was able to show the other driver was responsible for the accident. His dirve and fight helped us reach a very favorable settlement! Mr. Diehl then eclipsed my expectations and negotiated to reduce the bills I would've had to pay back.
