I hired Tom for my car accident, my car being a total loss. The other guys insurance was dragging their feet and Tom helped get the case to move along and get it settled. Definitely would recommend.

Tom was referred to us following a horrible car accident that caused not only physical health problems, but long lasting mental and emotional trauma. Trying to argue mental and emotional trauma isn’t very easy, but with Tom’s great work we were finally able to settle and paid “fairly” for something that wasn’t our fault. Tom was always very open and honest, even if it wasn’t what we wanted to hear. The best part for me is that we always dealt with Tom, it was never an assistant. Having this consistency was a blessing, especially with the headache we dealt with on the criminal side of the case.

Mr. Diehl was personable and very clear in his explanation of this case. He kept in touch with me during this process and made it simple to understand and navigate.
