I copied my previous review posted 2 years ago . NO Stars This is a serious complaint which has been ignored and the abuse / false charges continue. Since the time I wrote the previous complaint , I have attempted contact with Hubbell multiple times. Let me be perfectly clear I wasn't contacting him to help or represent my mother . He will never represent her or abuse her again . Hubble committed extremely serious civil and ethical violations . Fraud on The Court , specifically the Clerk of Court . Failure to report Elder Abuse is probably the least serious violation. All Hubble had to do was correct his error . He refused to even attempt to do so . It's bad Enough Ryan Wells wouldn't have been able to run amuck / defy Chief Copelands order " Not to assist that realtor" Realtor Celeste KNIESS Remax Victory . If Hubble hadn't been attacking Waynesville Council specially Chief Copeland because the Chief wanted better security for the Sauerkraut festival . Hubble later falsely claimed he didn't have anything to do with my trial on these false charges filed and written as Waynesville officer Kirsh . Officer Kirsch didn't do either . The reports was forged / tampered with. Hubble told Kelly ( public defender) Not to go through with the trial she already assured me and mom we would have . Why ? She said " Oh no they can't do that while it's in appeal " She's correct . I have a dated letter from Wells fargo saying they wasn't going to try to evict us while it was in appeals . Bottom line here is . There wasn't an eviction of any kind filed in any Court . Of course anyone could choose to believe the very few (4 I think ) the main one Celeste KNIESS and Ryan Wells who claim Judge Peeler called an eviction in over the phone ! I'm pretty sure Judge Peeler didn't achieve the status / Honor he has doing anything that outrageous. Allowing anyone especially police to continue to degrade / lie / disrespect a Judge should have been enough for Hubble to act . He didn't .
