Very nice people to work with. I have used Mitchell Allen several times for varying legal issues, some serious, some routine. I have always found his advice to be given with my best interest in mind. If results are what is important to you, this should be your attorney!

Excellent service and extremely fast and responsive. They helped me get my life back together and on track, can't praise them enough.

"Defendants" be aware! Mr.Mitchel Allen is a complete crook, in my personal opinion based on facts from my personal experience. I was involved in a case, where I do take full responsibility for being in the situation but should have not received the sentence/charge that I received and wouldn't have received if Mr.Allen would have done at least a quarter of what he was supposed too. From the start, there were many red flags that I should have seen but, if you have ever been involved in any legal matter then you know how frantic it can be and how you can overlook the red flags. My very first court date, not only did Mr.Allen show up late, he assured me he would make sure my significant other knew how to bail me out if I was put in jail after court, which he did not follow through with. He also showed up to another court date thinking it was a pre-trial when it wasn't. All throughout the case, Mr.Allen never once filed any motions on my behalf and was heavily influencing me into taking a plea deal. I asked on multiple occasions if I could see the paperwork for my case, which he would never deny but would avoid showing me the paperwork and just give me the same story on what the "facts" of the case were and what he could "do". If you need to get ahold of Mr.Allen, you must always go through his rude receptionist who then just sends you to his wife Mrs.Yasmeen Allen (who almost seems like she's not too familiar with legal proceedings herself), just for her to say Mr.Allen is busy. I will admit, they seem like good genuine people but that is the furthest thing from the truth. After $6,000 of my HARD EARNED money down the drain, I now have to go through many obstacles and attempt to get a pardon from the governor. I honestly think you would be better off with a public defender.

I felt like Allen law firm was family, they are amazing and will talk you step by step all the way through your divorce. I can’t not thank them enough.
