Reached out to Elk & Elk regarding an incident. The firm was very professional, personal, and took the time to do what was best for my interest. I was very satisfied with my attorney Ian Fijalkovich and his paralegal. Could not of had a better firm going to "bat" for me.

Mindy and her team where amazing

I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle. I was injured in the accident. I needed help in dealing with the situation. Elk & Elk did a great job.

I was involved in an automobile accident that was not my fault and chose Elk&Elk to represent me to ensure everything was handled and I wasn’t taken advantage of in anyway. Mindy Elk and her staff of paralegals especially Sue Laske were very helpful in the whole process. They were in constant contact with me to see how I was recovering and would let me know if there was anything on my end that needed done to proceed with my case. They handled everything very professionally and treated me like family and took care of everything for me where there was very little I had to do. I highly recommend them and god forbid I am ever in a situation like this again they will be the first office I contact. 5 Stars hands down!!!

Personal Injury Lawsuit. I can not say enough kind and wonderful things about William Price, or Billy as I refer to him. His knowledge of the law is second to none and his dedication to helping me was felt throughout. His staff was timely and always helpful. I would recommend Elk & Elk 100%! I hope that I never have to use or NEED him again but knowing he is in my corner and has my back makes it easier to sleep at night. The world needs more lawyers like Billy Price.

Did not even get past the phone consult. Instead of hearing the details of what happened I was constantly interrupted, spoken over and treated more like I was being cross examined than a potential client seeking help. Would not recommend or hire.
