I’m 39 yrs old and I have lungs of an 80 yr old man. I have a genetic deficiency disorder called alpha one anti-trips in deficiency disease. Having alpha1 has caused me to have inherited emphysema bc of the alpha-1. I can hardly move without being out of breath. Can’t work bc of my lungs are so bad. If it wasn’t for these amazing attorneys fighting for me....I don’t know what I do. They are professional, responds fast and will fight for you. They make you feel like family. I can’t thank them enough. If you are looking for someone to have your back and fight for you.... these are your guys!!

Gross and Hahn stood between me, and a billion dollar corporation. I was running out of options... denials, continuances, and an army of lawyers. My claim was a complete mess. Attorneys Joe Hahn, and Leo Kratz were able to turn the endless delays and denials into breathing room. They didn't just win my case, they gave me options. They won me the ability to participate in programs that i didn't even know existed, and now, instead of heading into "the first factory that will hire me, with a little bit of back pay".. Not impressed. It you have a case that is long and drawn out, seek expertise and help someplace else. The first few weeks were great but now I get a better response talking to a wall and my case and issue is worse than it was 9 months ago. I've had zero success, unclear directives and like of direction which is exactly where I was before I signed with them.

I have to agree with the most recent post. My husband and I can't even get return telephone calls, their paper and/or record keeping is poor and you have to micro manage them more than your monthly bills. We are moving his case elsewhere after the new year.

Elk & Elk is a very well know firm. I was very apprehensive when I contacted the firm but was immediately eased of my fears. I spoke to Keisha, she was kind, patient, and empathetic. I could tell that it was sincere care and she had a strong desire to help others. Even if this law firm is not able to take on my case, please know what a valuable asset you have in you colleague, Keisha. Having injured multiple sexual assaults has left me feeling powerless. Having somebody like that kind woman care about me and listen without judging made me feel like a person. I kindly thank you, Keisha. Sometimes victims just want to have a voice, once you get the voice they no longer feel like their victims. They are AMAZING. They made the whole process so easy. Any time I ever had a question or concern they were always ready and willing to help me, and if they didn't know the answers they quickly found them out and NEVER failed to return my calls or keep me updated.
