Makes you feel hope again.

I HIGHLY recommend Attorney Erb with any divorce case and/or post divorce motions that need filed. I unfortunately went in a different direction for my original divorce filing and many things/topics were not explained, missed and/or ignored completely by that attorney. I met with Attorney Erb and he listened to me and my concerns. He then jumped right in fighting to make my decree more fair. He was honest with me regarding what the possibilities would be depending on what decision I made and direction I went. He was able to turn my decree to a more balanced ending, I would without a doubt suggest anyone use Attorney Erb and I strongly recommend you do as well.

I can't thank Tom and his team enough for all the work they have done in settling my paternity case. I was facing a long drawn out, contentious 9-month court process which would have amounted to thousands of dollars spend and tons of time wasted. But with Tom's legal counsel and some patience, I was able settle my case in 6 months from start to finish allowing me to move on with my life. Divorce is never something anyone wants, until it's absolutely needed to have peace. And even then with children involved it makes it more stressful. Mr. Erb & his team have been very helpful the last year and some change and was always available to answer any and all my questions when I needed them too. Mr. Erb promises white glove treatment for all clients and when I hit a rough patch he was willing to work with me and didn't treat me differently. Even when needing to track down the other party it wasn't taken lightly and he definitely was tracked down and served. My divorce was a doozy and he didn't let that stop him from getting to the end. I am a very anxious person and Mr. Erb and the lovely ladies always put my mind at ease. He is straight forward and doesn't bullsh** around. If you need someone who's committed to his client and has no problem going to bat for you professionally and doing what it takes I highly recommend Mr. Erb.

$17,000 divorce and had to fight for myself on support, I created the agreement myself! You will be charged THOUSANDS JUST TO UPLOAD DOCS INTO MYCASE! QDRO was written into the decree so I had to pay an attorney $1000 to submit to QDRO group at$500 when it can be done for $350 on the internet! Trust the real reviews not the purchased ones

Tom & Wes worked collaboratively on a civil case for my family that involved defamation and slander. These cases are nearly impossible to prove in court.
