Attorney Erb worked well to ensure my best interest was served. I was concerned about how COVID would effect the end date of my divorce, but Attorney Erb kept me informed. He explained all of the the nuances of my case as well as all my options.

So I call about my custody case and they were rude as hell and wouldn't lete finish talking. Said they have people calling and "chewing" their ear off all the time and then not paying the retainer so that's why I wasn't allowed to speak. I got served papers not even 2 weeks before the court date and called all over looking for a lawyer and noone had time available. Got quoted 3500 at first and because I have been looking all over with no success and now only have 2 days till court they turn around and say the retainer will be 7500 and the only way they will listen to what I have to say is if I pay it on the spot...... Rude as all get. Way to extort someone who needs legal help. Pathetic.

Thomas Erb and his team did thorough work to help me with my case and help me understand what to expect realistically in my case. Thankfully my case never made it to trial but they helped me through the process! Hes a good attorney and is upfront and honest.

Good results for a custody case and with a distance impacted parenting agreement in 2019. Office team is very responsive and Tom has an effective approach for writing and presenting your case. I'm always able to get a response, but most importantly plans for payments with a card on file really helped me on a fixed income. Cases are stressful in general, Tom was very supportive. Tom is still my attorney 2 years later, representing our family honestly, diligently. .

Tom is a very down to earth person. He tells it how it is and explains everything along the way. He doesn't sugar coat anything. If there is something he cant do he will let you know . Very satisfied. If it wasn't for covid things probably would have went faster but to no fault of Tom's.

my daughter had a couple stupid teen moments of bad choices and found herself invovled in the Court system.
