I highly recommend Attorney Erb for your divorce case. Unfortunately, I had a different attorney for my original divorce filing and many things were not covered and missed by that attorney. I met with Attorney Erb and he was patient with me, listening to my concerns and questions. He then took the time to explain the legal system / laws to me and what my options were. He was up front with me regarding what the possible outcomes could be depending on what direction we took. His fees were reasonable (less than the other attorney). Overall - outstanding experience and I have recommended him to my friends and family.

Thomas handled my legal claim with my son. Legally making me the residential parent so my son could attend my school district instead of his moms. I contacted Thomas the first week of school. He was able to get everything done and completed so my son only missed the first 2 weeks of school. I would recommend Thomas for anyone who needs great legal advice and things done in a timely manner.

Tom was my lawyer for one of the hardest times in life for me, But thankfully he was very open about the process and a straight shooter when it came to any questions or complaints I had against me ex, so we didnt waste time fighting over dumb things that over all would of went know where and waisted money!
