I struggled with trying to get disability for years, Balin Law’s team was absolutely incredible. They have an amazing team that is thorough, helpful, and great at what they do. I was somewhat disappointed at the end being they could not answer my questions they told me 25 months before I could get Medicare which was false and a few other questions I had it seemed like I was bothering them I did win the case after more then two years they got there 6k but nobody called me to say thank you for your business I'm just is all over

After my case was finished, almost two years after. I get a bill stating they have not been paid. Well the thing is it was to come out of the payment, I was not made aware of this and called to set up payment plan. It was agreed apon a set amount every month. I made my payments on time every month until Jan of 2022, I was told to pay full amount as they did not want to wait the extra months to be paid in full. So they called SS and filled a claim to get a lump sum from my check. This wiil be a struggle, as I do not receive alot in my check. So this June I will be left with a third of my check , so they can get my account off the books . They went back on their word. So now I don't know how I wiil pay my bills .They don't care .

They kept me apprised of what was happening during every step. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure that I knew my options during the application and appeal processes. They have an excellent reputation among Medical and Mental Health professionals. When I told my caregivers that I had retained Paulette Balin, they told me that they had several clients that had good results. I am so thankful that we chose Balin Law to represent my son, Logan, for his disability hearing. We had attempted twice on our own to apply for Social Security disability benefits for him and both times his claims were denied. The Balin Law firm reviewed Logan's medical history and accepted his case based on the same medical evidence we had submitted to the Social Security Administration. Mira Chopra was his assigned attorney and she immediately filed an appeal and requested a hearing. Balin staff member, Anita, set to work gathering all of Logan's medical records from multiple doctors, counselors and several hospitals for evidence. Mira met with us to review his medical history and explain the whole process to us. By the time of the hearing, Mira was beyond prepared - I think she knew Logan's medical history better than I did! She was very professional in court and I am happy to say the judge made a "fully favorable decision" in Logan's disability case.
