Had a hearing in November of 2019. I was kinda thinking that here we go again. In my mind I was not sure, especially after being denied 5 times, but Matt assured me not to worry.. And he was right... I won my case and I was very happy with his help.. Thanks Matthew

I had been injured and denied disability twice and with a long road ahead of me I knew I needed to reach out. Balin Law is where I turned to and I couldn’t be happier. From the start they took their time reviewing my case and lending a hand wherever needed. I had doctor appointments after doctor appointments and soooo many different doctors for over a year and the records only kept building and building. Anita, who was in charge of my case kept up with all my records and always kept me posted and always responded to my emails... very efficient!!! Her kind demeanor made for comforting support. When it came time, Chad my attorney represented me in court. He was very thorough and guided my suspicions about what will happen when talking to the judge. He was very nice and prepared so this calmed my nerves which was important for me for sure. I am very thankful and happy for all their hard work and determination to help me through this unfortunate situation and in the end we were all successful! A big thank you to Matt Shupe! Matt took my case when I lived in Ohio. Although I had to move to Ky Matt continued to represent me on my long journey to win my disability case. Even though I could have called Matt to speak over the phone when I had a question ( and believe me I had a lot of questions) I chose to email him because I know he is in and out of court and I knew he would get back to me as soon as he could. There were so many times that I wanted to give up with Social Security because I felt they did not believe that I was disabled but then I had Matt there to back me up and was with me every step of the way! Matt never gave up on me and I just hope he knows how much I appreciate everything he has done. If anyone out there is looking for an attorney I highly recommend Matthew Shupe. A couple of my family members came here for their SSDI cases and had positive results. Me, not so much. Yes, I am 21 years old but I have severe mental health problems. The lady who interviewed me was VERY RUDE and not very sympathetic. She said some very hurtful things and actually made me want to cry. I am very disappointed that someone who’s supposed to be an attorney acts like that. I don’t want you guys representing my case.
