I have used Culpepper Law on several occasions. They have been outstanding. I used them for estate planning and putting my trust together two times, and for a car accident. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them.

We already had a trust, but it had not been updated since 2014. Upon a trusted recommendation, we decided to have Tom's office do our update. Were we glad we did! The thorough update that was done showed us how woefully inadequate our previous trust had been. There were also complicating factors, which we learned about together! Tom's staff was most helpful always, and we never got the impression they were too busy to help us in any way; we had many questions which were always answered satisfactorily by either Tom, Sahreem, or Erica. Altogether, it was a good experience - we learned a lot, and have the peace of mind of knowing that every conceivable circumstance has been covered. We would recommend this office without reservation!

We got a trust plan with Culpepper Law, including their Advanced Guardianship Planning. Tom and Amy do a fantastic job making the process smooth and personable, as well as educating you about the reasoning behind what they do and offer. It's hard to disagree with Tom that estate planning should be done by absolutely everyone, and that it needs reviewed and updated to affect our ever shifting life circumstances (Culpepper Law offers free triannual reviews for clients). Highly recommended!
