The last two & a half years have been the most difficult of my life. What started out as a normal drive home after work, on a route I had taken hundreds of times, turned out to me the most arduous journey of my life. Suffering through the early days of being hit on the drivers side of my vehicle from a young driver that ran a stop sign, I had no idea what happened to me, going through being taken to the hospital & having life saving procedures performed so that I can stand today with my life free from being paralyzed from the neck down. In the early days of a lengthy hospital stay without most of my family due to covid measures, I was unable to see my husband for several weeks. Making it though that & getting home only to have the true work start. Hours & years of all kinds of therapy, paperwork, phone calls, mountains of bills like we've never experienced, tears, depression, doctors, medications, injections, pain, being forced back to work before I was physically ready, it was all very overwhelming. Then I was referred to Rhinehardt law firm by friends of ours, clients of John's & started to feel like there was hope. Working with John & his team was a huge blessing. We feel so blessed to have such a professional, compassionate team working for us, just a normal family from rural Ohio. They walked me through every step of the way, the tears, fears & anger, they were there like family & I will always be thankful for everything they did to keep me out of court & having to relive the horror from that day & beyond & getting me adequate compensation because truth be told is I can never be financially compensated for everything I have lost, physically, mentally & more for the rest of my life. Attorney Rinehart and Stephanie and all of his staff were very caring concerned for my health and very supportive. When I could not come to the office, they would FaceTime me so we could have a better communication. I was life flighted and had to go through a lot of healing, and just knowing that I was going to get the help I needed made my stress so much easier. Always go with a law firm from Cleveland or Columbus. Never go with any Mansfield ohio law firm.they still send xmass cards to clients they failed to help.says a lot about their lack of attention to detail.

We were in a car accident when someone ran a stop sign. I had a terrible femur fracture that has taken over 9 months to heal. After working with Rinehardt, we were able to get all of my medical bills covered easily and stress free as they took care of everything. John, Stephanie and the whole team were great to work with. John even drove over 40 minutes to our house for our initial meeting as I was laid up and not able to travel to the office. Highly recommend them!
