From the very start Dean had my best interests in mind. His team of professionals always answered my calls and e-mails in a timely manner as we worked through the Chapter 13 process. It has been quite some time since I have spoken with any of the team and I recently reached out to obtain some paperwork as I move toward the home loan approval process. I met with an attorney from the Parma location, and from the start of the meeting she had an attitude with me. Even when I offered an explanation for something the attitude got worse. Hardly wanted to listen to me. I found her to be unprofessional and rude. I decided to not go with them for my bankruptcy.
