This past year I realized that I needed to take the step to file for bankruptcy. Initially I was scared and didn’t know what to expect, but I set up an appointment with Mr. Paolucci. I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. He thoroughly explained the whole process to me and helped to reassure me that he would help to make this as smooth as possible. He always helped to answer any questions that I had along the way, so that I had all the paperwork required. I am so grateful for Mr. Paolucci’s help during that difficult time of my life as he helped me receive my discharge. Dean was great and he really helped us through the whole process. His office staff is also friendly and provides you with any information you need. They make it easy and clear to understand what is expected of you and what they're going to be doing. He also makes you feel comfortable and not embarrassed, considering it's a quite embarrassing situation for most people. My only complaint is that it seemed a little pricey compared to other law firms. All in all, I'm glad that we went here and I'm glad that it's over with!

Dean helped me through every step of the process flawlessly. At the court house he had another client at same time and was able to give attention to both and handled it professionally. Any time I had questions during the process they responded right away. Very satisfied.

Worth every penny. Absolutely wonderful service. Everyone at the office is extremely courteous and openly communicative. I had my trustee meeting today and everything has been simplified and streamlined. No one wants to file bankruptcy, but if you have to I can't imagine a better office.
