Did a great job and very nice and personable

I contacted Sean by phone and set up a personal appointment with him. Our meeting was very nice and I felt like this was going to be a easy process with Sean. One week goes by and no phone call with my estimates, so I call and get an apology that he will be going over my info soon. Weeks later, I email Sean asking what was going on, no response and no communication. Thanks for wasting my time Sean
