It's always been a nice, clean and friendly place. But Brooke assisted me today and not only did she see one of my returns was for USPS as soon as I walked in the door, which is amazing. But she also helped separate the returns that were for UPS and USPS and then proceed my return quickly!

Today, when I was in the UPS store in Pataskala, I saw a woman working by herself. Another woman approached her, cutting through the line and yelling about some box. The professionalism the young worker showed was something I never could have done. I have seen this woman multiple times, and she has helped me frequently with returns. She is among the nicest people there, and for someone to yell at her about some box and curse out the door to call a scene is unacceptable.

My mother attempted to mail a package here and the driver at the destination never delivered it because he said no one was available to sign, even though mother designated “no signature required” This was clearly indicated. She asked the associate to put it back on the truck for re-delivery, he consented. Two weeks later we returned to find the package in the exact same place on the floor. When my mother (who is on fixed income) asked for her money back the lady blamed UPS for the problem even though the store has a giant UPS sign hanging above the door. She then said that if she refunded my mother: “then we’d be out the money.” She said she’d file a claim and then refund our money. Six weeks have transpired and we haven’t heard from them at all even though a return call was promised next day. This place is very unprofessional and lacking any sense of compassion for their customers. They blame others rather than taking responsibility for problems. Do not shop here.

Approached the desk today asking for help related to an Amazon return that happened less than 2 months ago. When i asked the individual in charge she rolled her eyes at me and instead of attempting to help, she told me off. I was not willing to leave empty handed and asked if she could just try and help me. After she explicitly told me she couldn't do it she was able to populate the needed information on her computer after i asked her to try. Rather than provide the information i asked for, she elected to withhold it because it was an issue between myself and Amazon and nothing to do with UPS, even though Amazon suggested I reach out to UPS. This individual is newer since I've been using this location for all my UPS services for over a year and the prior employees/owners were some of the best in customer service and support. If you can avoid this location do it, they don't deserve your business.

Extremely grumpy, rude, and slow notary. The lady employed here who also serves as a notary needs to find a job where she does not have to work with the public. She has a terrible attitude, and the least little thing causes her to fly off the handle. She got mad at a woman today who had been patiently waiting in line because she set her keys and ID on the counter. Said she was "rushing her." She had been slowly flipping through the four or five pages the woman handed her and then decided that she was being rushed and told the woman she was not going to notarize it for her. This is after the woman had to wait in line for her to slowly notarize something else before it was her turn. That is unacceptable. You need to hire better people. If you need something notarized, go somewhere else. In fact, just go somewhere else anyway. Why take a chance on this lady waiting on you, too.
