The older gentleman who is always there (maybe owner) is so kind. It's always a pleasant experience.

On several occasions the owner has really gone above and beyond what I would expect from a normal UPS store. In general I have found the owner to just be a really nice guy.

Came here for the first time, 15 minutes to close. I believe it was the owner that was there, he was so incredibly helpful and was so patient with me even though I came in so late. He helped me straighten out my shipping issues even though the store should have been closed and was overall just an excellent guy. Will definitely be coming here for all my shipping needs and I absolutely recommend using this location.
