I have had several conversations with Richard and have found him to be extremely knowledgeable but what is most outstanding is his how much he truly wants to help his clients. After much procrastinating, and at the recommendation of our financial planner, my husband and I attended an estate planning seminar put on by Richard. We subsequently set up an appointment with him. We have a blended family and were a bit overwhelmed by the complexities of a plan that would incorporate all of our obligations to our collective brood. At Richard's recommendation, we chose to create a Living Trust. Richard made the process easy. He took us through an extremely detailed process to understand our situation and wishes for life's late stages and death. He put together an extremely professional package and took care of all the paperwork to get our assets moved into our trusts. We have continued on his maintenance plan which is also quite valuable. After we completed the process, I encouraged my mom to upgrade her simple will with Richard. He is someone trustworthy enough that I entrusted him with my mother...which is the highest vote of confidence you can get. He took care of her with the same care as he took care of us. I would recommend him without hesitation.
