Richard was recommended to us after we had several appointments we weren’t pleased with. He did a great job explaining to my husband and I different aspects of our will and helped us create peace of mind in knowing our son will be taken care of if something happens to us. If you are looking to create a will, he is extremely knowledgeable, fairly priced, and guides you through the process. Thank you so much! We will be back to further estate plan in the future. My husband and I met with Richard for estate planning. We are a blended family and Richard was extremely caring, patient and informative as he provided information that we hadn't thought of. He provided us with the information and patience to make the right decisions in our own time.

I recently went to Chamberlain Law Group for estate planning. I went in blind – just found them via an internet search. My worries were soon put to rest, however. Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming. Richard spent a lot of time with me explaining my options, and the pros an cons of each choice I would need to make. After my decisions were made, the team went to work pulling the plan together. They were efficient and communicative. I never felt the need to drive the process at all. And what a relief that this is now done and in place! My estate is in order and my children will have one less thing to worry about someday.

Richard is a great lawyer unfortunately I was handed off to his partner Tim Alley. My dad died on September 20, 2018 and Tim didn't do anything. He never filed for probate until 2/14/19. I now have a new attorney and I amplanning on filing grievance. This was handled horribly and we are now trying to get things handled that should have been taken care of months ago. We not only have to deal with losing our dad but now we might lose his property because of his inaction. Very very disappointed is an understatement. So basically if you don't get Richard go to another firm.

After our mother's passing, I began working with her Estate attorney. I quickly realized that he only worked two days a week, and never returned my calls in a timely manner. I was quite discouraged, and called Richard to see if he would take over. He graciously accepted, and immediately got things rolling. He accomplished more in one month than our old attorney did in four months! He was always available, returned calls promptly, explained things clearly, had reasonable fees, and was just wonderful.
