I have been with Richard for over 20 years. I first met him after a free estate planning seminar. After the seminar, I set up a meeting wanting to establish a living trust and other estate documents. At the time I was young, single and had no children. Even though my intention was to get a trust, he explained why I did not need one at that time and instead set me up with a more appropriate plan for my stage of life for far less money. That showed TREMENDOUS INTEGRITY. Several years later I set up a more extensive estate plan as I was married and had children. Every time we have met with Richard he has been patient, professional and displayed genuine caring and integrity. I have recommended him to many friends and colleagues for estate planning needs. You will not find someone better. Plus the annual maintenance program provides a very affordable option to modify the plan as needs change and address other issues that come up.

My husband and I just completed will updates and trust creation with our assets, business, and farm ground. Tim Alley was great to work with and was thoroughly knowledgeable. The process was a relatively quick one with their guidance. I can now sleep better knowing that this piece of life's puzzle has been completed.

After reading all of the great reviews on here, I decided to go ahead and use chamberlain law for my dads estate. I had a lot of anxiety about the whole process but Richard and his team made it effortless for me. Char went above and beyond to make it the easiest process she could. And Katie at the front desk was always so nice and caring. I highly recommend using them. You won't regret it! I'll definitely be going back to have them prepare our will.
