James was easy to work with when getting a record sealed - very professional and courteous.

I was stuck in jail, and Mr. Sweeney helped me out a lot. The last few months were beyond stressful, and during my stuggles he always reassured me and kept me calm. I recommended James Sweeney for a criminal defensive. He is there for you when you need him.

I wanted to leave a comment in regards to the service provided by attorney Joel Spitzer. We hired Joel at the last minute for my son's criminal case. He answered right away and jumped straight into things. He kept us informed of everything that was happening and what was expected to happen. We never had a problem reaching him and in fact he made himself available during times most would consider after hours. Jim was very cool calm and collective with my case and with me. When I felt things were out of my span of control he was confident things will be handled correctly. I hope I won't need his services again but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to give Jim a call.

Mr. Sweeney defended me for a speeding charge in Ohio. Since I'm a resident of another state that has a different scale for the charge, he was able to get the charge reduced so that the points that transferred on my license was equivalent to the Ohio penalty.
