Called to get a second legal opinion, I spoke with a female on the phone. After asking multiple sensitive questions and giving her opinion to me, I ask a simple question, to which she said she did not know the answer. That sounded strange, so I asked if she was a lawyer, and she said no. Then she started to backtrack, saying that if I had active representation I could not get a second opinion from their firm. So why didn't you state that from the beginning? Waste of my time. By the way, I have sought a second opinion from an attorney in a different law firm! Note to self, stay away from this practice.

Nice guy and price is reasonable but very hard to get in contact with. Would leave messages and he does not return calls.

Would not keep in contact with my fiancé which whom he was representing. Mr.powers would attend his court dates which my fiancé was not allowed to attend and not reach out to inform him on what happened at his hearing. I would have to reach out multiple times a week just to get the information and he would rarely call back so i would constantly have to call him back to back. Very annoying.

Eric is an outstanding person and was an incredibly helpful resource in the hardest days of my life. I would recommend him to anyone!

He won my case, and kept my son and I together. Proving that all that was said was completely untrue!! I will forever be into his debt to him. He is a caring, sincere, honest, and amazing attorney.
