Eric and his staff were excellent in helping me to navigate a divorce. They took the time to explain the possible outcomes and potential pitfalls of decisions to be made. In the end, they worked very well with the opposing attorney to come to a mutually beneficial agreement for my ex spouse, as well as our child. Without his well explained guidance through the process, things could have turned very sour quickly. I'd highly recommend this firm for their professionalism, and true compassion for not only their client, but for the entire family involved. They truly work to do the right thing.

Unethical liars. Said the fall back schedule in my mutual agreement was "fair and equal" on what was supposed to be a shared, 50/50 custody and time agreement, left me with only access to my son 2 weekends out of the month if his father and I can't agree, he wasn't even aware of this until years later. This agreement was supposed to create peace, but they mislead not only myself but their own client and have the audacity to ask for more money for an agreement we never asked for and are now stuck with until we can pay a different lawyer to fix it. They also suggested to him that he kidnap my son before we had settled our own differences and decided on the agreement, my own mother is a witness. Neither of us would have agreed had we understood the fall back schedule, which could leave me owing child support which we thought couldn't be an issue if we were sharing the child half the time, we were young and mislead. Cara Santosuoso is the lawyer who handled the case, does not respect clients wishes and created the agreement she felt was in his own personal best interest rather then what we together agreed was in the best interest of our CHILD.
