Please don’t get her. She didn’t respond for months and by the time the court case came up she got sick for 2 months ? Like I understand getting sick but not responding to somebody after they gave you 4,000 dollars. Oh plus my refund wasn’t even half that. I was 21 years old, thanks for that.

Did very little work to help us with our case including giving bad advice that actually ended up hurting our custody case in the end. To add insult to injury we were billed with endless fees until our retainer was used up with literally nothing to show for it. You'd get farther ahead by just lighting your money on fire yourself.

She's nothing but money hungry. She doesn't follow through with the court case she also drops things from case without asking you if it's okay.

Shelly represented myself getting initially emergency custody of my daughter and in the end sole custody of her. She was extremely professional, confident, and knowledgeable! Her and her team made me feel comfortable and I couldn’t of asked for better representation for my family!

We were working on a private adoption. Not only did the attorney not know which court to file the paperwork in, so when the court rejected her filings because she filed in the wrong court, she just didn't file any other paperwork with any court.
4 months after our son was born, the bio mother changed her mind and took him from us because Shelley Kennedy did not do any of the required paperwork filings. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY.
