They have two legal assistance who do not communicate with you nor with Shelly. The billing is aweful $30 for a 5 minute phone call and no one tells you a thing that is gonig on. Ended up doing all the work myself and still stuck with a $5k bill at the end of the day!!! Find another lawyer to represent you.

Shelley Kennedy has not provided me monthly statements detailing work on my case. I requested several times to have a face to face meetings with her over the year to discuss my proceedings. The only contact I had with her office was with her paralegal.

Will not return phone calls. Filed papers so late the judge almost threw out the case. Didn't file papers she said she would over a year and a half ago. I've repeatedly called and cannot find out anything about my case.
