I have had Mr. Joe Juergens as my attorney since 1983 and I wouldn't even consider going to no one else.

Zach has transacted 8 properties for me over the past 2 years. The title work process was smooth, and we closed on time. He has also done some other legal miscellaneous work for me like form some business entities, consulting, evictions etc.

Joe Jeurgens has been my attorney for many years. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of legal services. He and his staff are awesome and he knows what he's doing!

Receptionist is great. Attorney J..not! I waited on his call back. 2 hours later I called back, he said. "He called and my voice mails were full". That was a lie. I waited by my phone and I have 0 voice mails in box. I even tested it when I got off phone, using a other phone to call myself.. With that said.. i honestly knew he was suspicious of being phony. Then i proceed to explain my case, as he has a very nasty attitude asking questions. I asked simply, what will be the plan going forth if I hire you, what plans will we try to take. He said i cant guarantee anything. No lawyer can guarantee anything. I said, i understand this, but I just would like to know what I can expect what's the plan we are going to take, bc I am NOT guilty of this charge, I already plead not guilty. He continued on saying "come and pay and we can discuss better but I can't give you a guarantee".. I get that. But I wanna know what the plan will be if I hire before I pay. He got a even more nasty additide, he said, "you keep asking what I can guarantee will happen and I can't".. I realize its getting no where with this guy. He literally keeps repeating himself, and my question is getting more dummy downed so maybe he can understand..Clearly I'm not gonna pay and hire him if he can't even tell me as an attorney what he will try to do for me.... so I say.. ok you're putting words in my mouth and having a attitude. Goodbye. I kept repeating myself. "I'm not asking for a guarantee, just what is your plan to try to help me. What's the steps I can expect on both routes. I just want a idea what is to come. I mean how hard is it to even tell me what this charges carries even if I am found guilty. These attorneys are hired by US! they represent US! Do not settle for just anyone. My grandfather is a retired criminal lawyer down in Florida, I know the questions to ask a lawyer when interviewing. And his response were all wrong. He couldn't even answer my question ((do you have experience in this sort of case, if so what are the outcomes on the majority that are related to my specific case (NOT GUILTY). He couldn't even answer he literally said I dont know, has my receptionist spoke to you about the payment?? Like what??? I'm not gonna hire you or anyone blindly to represent me in court.. remember yall. When you hire a attorney to represent you, please I can not stress please interview them first. Dont just jump on anyone.

Represented my bf at sentencing the judges told my bf that he never filed a police report consernig a matter that would have been beneficial to his case but john never got the report he told my bf that he was retiring soon so he simply dose not care about your best interest please do not make the same mistake we did gi higher a real lawyer cause this man is anything but
