After having some difficulties to reach him at the beginning, everything went smoothly later. Mr. Juergens got this amended to an unsafe vehicle/equipment violation with no points on my driver's CDL. Very satisfied!

HE RIPPED ME OFF,PERIOD!!! I PAID THIS MAN TO DEFEND ME....HE MAKES OPEN DEALS,HE AGRRES WITH WHATEVER COURTS SAY. DID NOT,I REPEAT...DID NOT PUT ANY EFFORT INTO STUDYING. GETS AN F-,FOR EFFORT...I PAID THIS "LAWYER",CLOSE TO A THOUSAND DOLLARS,AND 350.00 FOR DRIVING CLASS....JUST TO RECIEVE 6 MONTHS INTENSIVE PROBATION,AND 27 DAYS ON SHELF...FOR DRIVING.. A NON-VIOLENT CRIME....ONLY LEGAL PERSONNEL I KNOW WORST THAN DOUGHTY,IS LINDA CUSHMAN....
