I hired this team a couple of years ago to represent me in a rape case in Medina County. They were excellent, they stepped in and fixed all of the problems that my previous attorney caused. They never spoke poorly of the other attorney, but they certainly fixed the mistakes. If you are charged with a crime in Medina I would call this criminal defense firm asap.

This place is a joke spend your money on a good lawyer he has good advertising but him and his associates are terrible they over charge for shit and don’t even help every court system hates him trust me your better off going to anyone else

I was really very nervous, I’d never been in trouble before and never needed an attorney before. Then the attorney I called told me I would be working with another attorney, I was even more nervous and worried, about 100x’s more. I was going through a lot of different things and emotions all at the same time, but after talking to this “other” attorney, I felt a lot more comfortable and confident that she was able to do what I needed. These guys know what they’re doing and they do it well! They are also honest and up front with what may or may not happen. They will never tell you what to do, but they explain things so well that you’ll have no problem making the right decision with whatever you need to decide on. I was arrested and charged with a DUI in Medina. A trooper stopped me for failing to signal a right on red, I took the field sobriety tests, and I blew just over the legal limit. I was in a bad spot, I was embarrassed and I needed to drive for work. It was clear to me that I needed to hire an attorney. I called a number of attorneys from Medina to Cleveland. They all told me the same thing - that this judge in Medina does not offer reductions and that he is "impossible". This left me frustrated and scared. That is when I called Mr. Patituce. It was late on the weekend but he still answered. The first question I asked was "Is that judge really going to send me to jail?" This is what I had been told, and for someone who had never been in trouble I was horrified. Mr. Patituce assured me that the judge was not vindictive, or cruel. In fact Mr. Patituce talked about how fair he considered the judge to be, he described the judge as someone who would listen to legitimate legal arguments. Fast forward in time and we were at a hearing where Mr. Patituce was asking the judge to throw out the breath test. The city had brought in experts from Columbus to fight him. It turns out that Mr. Patituce was so well respected that six other attorneys had their cases set on the same day, at the same time, so that Mr. Patituce could argue their cases for them. Three of the attorneys who were doing this were ones I had talked to and said not to hire him. At the hearing Mr. Patituce commanded the room and even had the judge laughing at several points. It was clear that he had the respect of the judge and the prosecutor, and I could tell why other attorneys were afraid of this judge this judge did not tolerate fools or weak arguments. My breath test was thrown out, and after the state failed on their appeal of the judge's decision my DUI charge was thrown out too. Sorry for the long winded review but there are so many attorneys out there that you need to be really careful. I highly recommend Mr. Patituce.

Like many people who travel for business I typically take clients out for dinner. After having a few drinks with dinner I left the place we were eating and was almost immediately stopped. I did not break any traffic rules, as Patituce later got the cop to admit, and I was put through all of the field sobriety tests. Joe handled my case and did a great job. I walked away with a small fine. He was incredibly professional and responsive to my calls, which were many at times.
