I hired this law firm to handle a very sensitive and serious felony. Attorney Patituce took a personal interest in my case and I could tell how it paid off for me. I heard his associates talking to the prosecutor about how it might be easier to negotiate with them instead of having a full hearing with their boss. My felony was reduced to a misdemeanor, I could not have been more satisfied.

They were the best choice I could have made. I was charged with a DWI in Rocky River. Several attorneys tried to scare me by saying that I shouldnt waste money because the prosecutors never make deals. I spoke with the owner of the firm who spoke highly of both the judges and prosecutors there. He did say they can be tough, but he also said they were fair. My case was reduced, and it was the best money I could have spent.

Best choice that I could have possibly made. They are a really busy firm that treats you as if you are their only client. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs their help.

I was arrested on a Friday night for a marked lanes violation, I took the field sobriety tests and passed but they still arrested me and gave me a breath test. They claim I blew over. I spent all Saturday trying to find an attorney and people were quoting me from 750 dollars all the way up to 10,000 dollars. It seemed like people were pricing me on my job rather than the case. I spoke to Joe Patituce while he was driving, he was straight forward, asked me about my case, quoted me a price that was in the middle. I felt like he was being honest with me. I ended up hiring them, and I am very glad I did. They kept me informed and treated me with respect even when I called freaking out when I realized that I faced a minimum of six days in jail on my DUI. I ended up with a serious reduction that the judge said I was lucky to get. I highly recommend.

I hired this team of criminal defense attorneys to defend me from a DUI charge that I was facing in Berea Municipal Court. I spoke to a couple of attorneys before talking with this firm's owner on a Saturday morning. He was patient, listened to my situation, and then gave me suggestions on how they might be able to help. Unlike the other attorneys I spoke to I did not feel any pressure or rush to pay, in fact he offered the names of some other attorneys that might also be able to help if I did not go with them. I ended up paying, and while he was not the most expensive attorney (I think a few people were pricing up because of my job) he was in the upper half. It was well worth it though. I would highly recommend this team of attorneys, they really do care about the outcome of your case. When you call in, as I did, several times you find out that most everyone you talk to knows your situation and what the important goals for your case are. My case was not dismissed but it was reduced from a breath test that was well over 200 to a reckless operation. I would highly recommend.

If I could give more stars I would. I was arrested for drinking and driving, and I frantically called around on a Saturday morning trying to find help. I spoke to a couple of attorneys who tried to gouge me because of my profession. I reached Joe at about noon while he was with his family, he took the time to ask me actual questions about my case rather than just what my credit card number was. It was clear that he was an expert, he seemed to know exactly how my arrest played out. He was even able to tell what machine I blew into based on what I told him. His fee was fair, and he didnt even get into my profession until after he quoted me. At court I could instantly tell that he and his team were professionals. The prosecutors and court definitely took notice. In the end my breath test that was closer to .300 than .200 was thrown out because he found something wrong with the machine, and the prosecutor offered me a non-dui ticket.

Chris Woodworth is a very knowledgeable attorney. Patituce definitely got me out of a jam.

I was arrested for an OVI on I-71 while traveling to Cleveland on business. I was freaked out and immediately started calling attorneys. I was shocked how few answered the phones, and the fist two that did sounded like snake oil salesmen. I was able to reach Joe later in the evening while his family was eating dinner, I should have just called him first. He was honest and straight forward with me. He could tell I was freaked out and probably would pay anything. In fact, when he told me his price (which was less than some of the others in the area) I have to admit I paid it instantly and wondered if I was getting a higher price because of my profession. The irony is that I ended up in court next to one of his other clients who was not as nearly well off as I am, it turns out that I paid the exact same fee that the other client paid. The fee was totally worth it, in fact I have told him that he should raise his prices because of how good he was. He took my breath test of a .26 and I ended up pleading to a non-criminal moving violation. I highly recommend him, when he is present he commands the room and it's clear people respect his (and his team's) work.

I highly recommend these criminal defense attorneys who work out of their Strongsville Office. These guys were amazing. Mr. Patituce took a call late at night on a Saturday and by Sunday morning he had some answers for me. Any time I had questions on my felony they had answers. If I needed a criminal defense attorney anywhere in the Cleveland area I would not hesitate to call these guys. They charge flat fees that are all in writing, there are no tricks. They treated me like a human being.

I screwed up. I talked to five other attorneys before talking to Joe. His team of criminal defense attorneys cant be challenged. I watched a hearing where the attorney quite literally told the prosecutor "you can deal with me or Joe will be here for the hearing." The prosecutor quite literally folded rather than having to face off against my attorneys boss. They put my life back in order.

I asked him what he thought about my current attorney and he told me he doesnt really talk about other attorneys, that impressed me because my first attorney talked non-stop about others. I made the switch and my breath test was thrown out, I entered a plea to a moving violation.
