I was in town on business, and arrested on a Friday night. I called several attorneys who learned that I was all in from a different country (Canada). One even joked about me being a part of the 51st state. I was lucky to reach Attorney Patituce after hours on the weekend. He was obviously an expert in DUI defense and was able to dispel a number of myths that other attorneys told me. He did not use any type of pressure tactics on me, and even gave me the names of other DUI attorneys to call. His priority was to make sure I was appropriately represented, not to take my money. I went with him and his team, I am glad I did. I was able to avoid a conviction on an OVI, which was important for my international travel. I do not plan on being in trouble again but if I was I would call him.
