I got myself stopped for an OVI in Strongsville and I needed an attorney badly. I had a couple of family recommendations from other people who had been through this. None of the attorneys I spoke to really seemed to care about my case or my situation, but my family kept pushing me to hire one of them. It was a huge mistake. Fortunately, I was able to speak with the owner of this firm on a weekend. It was a no pressure conversation. I asked him what he thought about my current attorney and he told me he doesnt really talk about other attorneys, that impressed me because my first attorney talked non-stop about others. I made the switch and my breath test was thrown out, I entered a plea to a moving violation.

I discussed my situation with several other attorneys who were all recommended to me by friends. All of the attorneys had one thing on their mind and that was how much they could charge me. I spoke to Joe early in the morning on his way to court, he took the time to listen to the facts of what happened to me. He let me ask questions, and he never pushed for money. He was expensive, in the top couple of attorneys that I spoke with, but unlike others he let me pay it off and never made a big deal about it. In fact he never once even brought up money with me while the case was going on, and neither did his associate who was working with him. They are a great team, highly recommend them if you are looking for a criminal defense attorney to fight for you.

I needed an attorney for an incident I was involved in. I spoke to a number of criminal defense attorneys in the Cleveland and Strongsville area. I am very happy with the results.

He’s super sharp and on top of it. He’s a very talented attorney who communicated well with me throughout the case, was responsive, and helped lessen my anxiety through the whole process. I questioned whether I had hired the right firm because there was much more to my case than what was on the surface and that it was not a typical DUI. He listened to my story and didn’t simply side with the prosecution team and get things over with quickly like my past lawyers and instead advised me and thoroughly explained my options each step of the way and explained how each one would affect me differently, ultimately allowing me to make my own judgment on how to proceed in each step of the case. I’m glad to have had him as my attorney and would recommend him to anyone dealing with matters which he specializes in.
