They take on major cases and win! Which is what you want from a lawyer!

Fantastic people. I hired them to defend me from a dui that I picked up on my way up 71. Highway patrol claimed I was weaving, I wasnt. Case wasnt dismissed but it was seriously reduced. I would definitely use them again though I never plan on being in this spot again.

Without this firm I would have been in horrible trouble.

I spent $4500 dollars and saw a lawyer twice, only on the days of court. The second time I was in court, they switched my lawyer without notification. The second lawyer pretty much stuttered their way through the trail. When I called to check on the progress, the number I was first given didn’t ring through; they gave me a number that worked once, and didn’t notify me that they were dropping that phone line. I was panicked. I called their main office with the number listed here, on their page, and then was able to speak to my lawyer, who was pretty patronizing despite giving me a phone number that would only work once, kinda shady if you ask me. I was overall, very pleased with the outcome, but it was much too expensive after checking around. Quick to lock in payment. Only meeting with my lawyer on the days of court, only two days, and to have it be so hard to contact them, it seems unreasonable to me; a reduced price would have been great. Just be careful, and make sure you’re checking up on the phone numbers being given to you. Good lawyers, horrible communication efforts. Good luck.

Firms have both positive and negative feedback. I am here to share that my experience isn't positive at all. By writing this I know that the Partner of the Firm will come on here to defend his Firm, which is expected! Kudos to him for protecting his team. However, as clients, we have the right to share our negative experience and unprofessional treatment without the Firm making it out to be that the client is disgruntled. Some of the individuals who work at this Firm (not all) are so extremely dishonest and unethical that it is appalling. The deceptive practices of several of their partners and associates alike is alarming. The good ole' boys club in action behind the scenes. Please be aware that withholding information intentionally, placing blame on others, finger pointing, failure to share information that is of utmost importance to help a client make a educated decision, failure to lookout for the client's best interest, and then attacking the client when it is brought to the Firm's attention is such a lack of disregard that is unnerving. It is also unprofessional, and so completely disrespectful. For those that have had a positive outcome with this Firm, good for you! For those considering this Firm, please proceed with caution. This Firm is a disgrace and several of their partners / associates have a "low moral character".

I was misdirected to Mr. Patitus Farm by Google and while they were not the right group to cover my interests, they were very knowledgeable and provided useful information to better direct my search for the right parties to help. Patituce and Associates is a top notch firm. Joe is one of the best criminal defense attorneys in Ohio. I look to Joe often for advice and to bounce ideas off him for my own cases. As a lawyer myself, I would hire Joe if I got in any trouble. That should tell you something.
