Best law firm around! Very professional, timely and detail oriented. They’ll fight for you! 10/10!!!!

I really had a bad representation with this firm. I hired them prior to my preliminary hearing, I trusted online reviews and information in their website but I was so naive. I first called a different law firm and they told me sometimes courts process secret indictments before preliminary hearings but when I hired Patituce Law I trusted they would know. I was wrong. They did not assigned a senior lawyer to my case, they sent an associate who was very unprepared to handle it. My preliminary hearing was on Friday and she said it would be a 15 min hearing, not big deal but I ended up arrested for a 2nd time and I had to spent an entire weekend in jail because there was no court date until Monday. After that, they pushed back my pretrial and trial dates because they wanted to have enough time to "prepare" and that associate lawyer told me she had an strategy to find a solution. It turns out she said she would call the prosecutor and waited almost 2 months doing nothing. The associate lawyer would set up a phone call with me and forget to call me multiple times, she was not respectful of my time, I always had the feeling I was just another file on her desk. I had to call this firm multiple times to escalate and talk to Mr. Patituce, they lady from the reception desk avoided it all the time, it took me several phone calls for them to assign a senior lawyer and she was able to call the prosecutor only to say that I had to take the original plea deal because they could not do anything for me. In addition, my file had some wrong information about me and they did not notice until the day when I had to sign the plea deal despite the fact the copy of that document was sitting on their desks for months. I decided to seek a second opinion with another firm and their lawyer told me that even if you sign a plea deal it does not mean that the judge will honor it completely. Again Patituce & Associates failed to inform me about that. In fact, when I signed that plea deal the final sentence from the judge was even worst. Bottom line I spent $7500 for them to tell me they could not do anything. There was only one senior lawyer who tried to mitigate the outcome but it was too late. I do not recommend this firm. P.S if your case affects your immigration status contact an immigration lawyer first and ask him to refer you to an experience criminal defense lawyer with proven record of success with similar cases. In addition, do not pay everything upfront, pay 50% first and another 50% when they finish with your case, otherwise you will find lawyers with little interest in your case throughout the entire process .

You guys are really good at taking money from people but communicating, understanding, and sending invoices of the “work” you guys do must not be part of yall jobs right ? And by the way your reviews look fake asf

Catherine helped me such a huge amount with my case and kept me refreshed all through the whole interaction until everything had been dealt with. His work even permitted me to do the case out of state, basically, which saved me from loads of unpleasant excursions back to Ohio. I 100 percent suggest; I'm very content with the way that everything worked out!

I as of late was accused of a DUI that might have destroyed my profession, my relationship with my family, and my own relationship. I am appreciative to such an extent that I called Patituce and Partners, and my lawyer was Trisha Breedlove. She was extremely proficient, straight forward, and regarded me as an individual as not simply a name and a record like other law offices do. She had the option to get my DUI excused, yet I left court with a check from them returning my bail cash. Words can't depict that I am so grateful to her. Anybody would be fortunate to have Trisha and Patituce and Partners in their corner.

Megan was professional, Quick to respond, used language that was understandable for me. He really took care of me and I honestly felt like he acted with my best interest at heart. Never did I feel like I was just a dollar sign and felt the humility throughout the whole process thank you Megan
